Spring 2018 Update

Hello aggregate seekers.  Knik Management is now providing 2018 quotes for borrow sand and gravel materials, as well as SOA Spec D1 and other aggregates.  Commercial quantities of Type IIA may be available for quotes later this spring, along with screened sands.  Please contact Loren or Curt by email at "knikmanagement@gci.net" for additional information and quotes.  All quotes are by ton, either self-loaded or loaded.

2017 Season Wraps Up

With our last haul in early November, Knik Management wrapped up another successful and safe year!  We remained incident free again this season, with more than 5 consecutive years of active mining without any injuries or significant safety issues!  Big thanks to all of the Knik Management staff, sub-contractors and other miners for continuing this safety record.  Great work everyone!

We continued to actively mine the northeast face of the pit for gravels and sand throughout the summer and fall.  Much thanks in particular to our mining partners for their excellent and safe work in these areas all summer.  Our stockpiles of SOA-spec D-1 continued to be depleted, including use on several public road projects, and numerous residential sites in the area.
